M5 traffic: Delays after barrier damaged in northbound crash

A man has been arrested after a two-vehicle crash which caused "significant damage" to an M5 barrier.
Officers were called to junction 10 of the northbound motorway near Cheltenham at around 05:00 GMT.
A 26-year-old man from Norfolk was arrested after allegedly providing a positive roadside breath test, police said. Nobody was injured in the crash.
The road has reopened but drivers are facing an hour-long delay on the motorway.
