Two arrests after 21-year-old dies in crash on A38
A 21-year-old man has died following a crash on the A38 in Gloucestershire.
Police were alerted to the accident scene near Moreton Valence at 02:23 BST.
The man, who was from Gloucester, died at the scene. His next of kin have been informed.
Two men have been arrested in connection with the crash - a 17-year-old boy from Gloucester and a 20-year-old man from Bristol.
They were arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
Police said the 21-year-old, who died, was an occupant in the blue Mazda 6 which had been travelling from Whitminster towards Gloucester.
Officers have been looking at whether a blue Audi A3 located nearby was involved in the crash.
A force spokeswoman said: "Police are appealing for anyone who has dashcam footage or who may have seen either vehicles prior to the incident to call us."
