Teens and man seriously hurt in triple stabbing

Two teenagers and a man have been seriously injured in a city centre stabbing.
The teenagers, both male, aged 17 and 18, were found with stab wounds by officers called to a disturbance at Piccadilly Gardens in Manchester at about 23:45 GMT on Saturday, Greater Manchester Police (GMP) said.
A man, aged 20, later presented himself at hospital with a stab wound to the chest believed to have been sustained during this same incident.
GMP said none of the injuries was believed to be life-threatening.
Det Ch Insp Michelle Buchanan said: "We are investigating an incident that occurred in Manchester city centre last night, which led to three people in hospital with serious injuries.
鈥淥fficers are reviewing CCTV footage and forensic enquiries are being carried out."
She said the force was "making good process" in this early stage of the investigation and appealed to anyone who was near Piccadilly Gardens and may have witnessed an argument shortly after 23:00 to come forward.
"I also urge people who were in the area to check their mobile phones, or CCTV to see if they may have captured any footage that could be useful to our investigation, no matter how small, as any information may help us," she said.
She added there would continue to be an increased in police presence in the area.
