School forced to close due to internet issues

A school and sixth form has been forced to close after it lost access to the internet.
The de Ferrers Academy in Burton-upon-Trent, Staffordshire, told parents on Thursday that it would be shut on Friday because of the issue.
The decision to close was made because staff could not access the school鈥檚 safeguarding systems which compromises the safety of students being on site, the message to parents said.
It is hoped the school will be able to fully open again on Monday, with students asked to do their work remotely on Friday.
The de Ferrers Academy, which has more than 2,400 students across three campuses in the town, has been asked for further information about the internet issues after confirming the closure to the 成人快手.
