Boy suffers head injury in moped hit and run

An eight year-old boy has suffered a serious head injuries in a hit-and-run collision in Bradford.
The child was hit by a blue moped on 30 May in Horton Park, West Yorkshire Police said.
He was taken to hospital following the incident, though police said his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
Officers said the rider of the moped, who was said to be wearing a balaclava, left the park on to Horton Park Avenue.
Anyone who witnessed the collision is asked to contact the police.
