Tractor driver dies as vehicle crashes with pylon

A tractor driver has died when his agricultural vehicle crashed into an electricity pylon and caught fire in a field in West Sussex, police said.
The crash happened adjacent to Salthill Road, near Chichester, at 11:30 BST on Thursday.
It is understood the vehicle was spraying fertilizer when the collision took place.
A man in his 40s was declared dead at the scene, Sussex Police confirmed.
The force also said the Health and Safety Executive is to lead the inquiry into his death.
A Sussex Police spokesperson said: "A tractor driver has died after his vehicle collided with an electricity pylon and caught fire in a field near Chichester."
