Police are appealing for information after a man struck and killed a dog with his bicycle over the Easter weekend.
Gloucestershire Police said a chihuahua was killed instantly in a park in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, while it was off the lead beside a path on Saturday.
Officers want to speak to a woman who saw the crash and then spoke to the dog鈥檚 owner afterwards.
The cyclist is described as being a heavy-set man, who was wearing a black cycle helmet and riding a small bicycle.
The crash happened at about 10:45 GMT on 30 March in Burrows Playing Field, Leckhampton, the force said.
Police are asking the woman to come forward and also want to hear from anyone else who may have any information.
