Inspectors say residents at an Aberdeenshire care home for older people were placed at significant risk of harm.
Annesley House in Torphins was visited by inspectors over a number of days towards the end of October.
The Care Inspectorate branded the home as "weak" in three areas.
The operators of the home, Cubanhall Limited, told 成人快手 Scotland News that they were extremely sad and disappointed by the report's findings.
Care inspectors highlighted a lack of leadership at Annesley House.
They said staff were not competent in moving people safely, and this placed people at significant risk of harm.
Residents who were in the communal lounges sat for long periods of time without encouragement to move about or occupy themselves.
The Care Inspectorate has warned that unless there was a significant improvement in provision of the service, it intended to make a proposal to cancel the home's registration.
Cubanhall Limited said it had been working closely with the watchdog and Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership to improve the service on offer.
