A woman's collection of watercolour paintings, jewellery and watches has sold for 拢50,000.
The seller, from Hereford, and her late husband, bought the paintings from "prominent London galleries", auctioneers Halls Fine Art said.
Many feature north Wales landscapes and the collection was sold in Shrewsbury on Wednesday, with two paintings fetching more than 拢4,000.
Abigail Molenaar, from Halls Fine Art, said: "The paintings were from the golden age of British watercolours and the family had picked really good examples."
The paintings were mostly of southern Snowdonia, Dolgellau, Barmouth and Harlech and the artists included John Varley, David Cox, James Holland and Alfred William Hunt.
The top selling watercolour was "Travellers in a Welsh valley" by Cox, the auctioneers said.
Ms Molenaar said they have been in the family who sold them for a long time.
