Parking meters wrecked at Skye beauty spot

Vandals have badly damaged four parking meters at a beauty spot on the Isle of Skye.
The incident at the Quiraing car park is thought to have happened between 02:00 and 03:00 on Wednesday.
The money raised from parking fees at the site goes towards improving paths in the area and to local crofters.
The chairman of Highland Council's Skye and Raasay area committee John Finlayson said they were saddened by the criminal act and urged anyone with information to contact Police Scotland as soon as possible.
