A medal which was awarded to the co-writer of the UK's 1967 Eurovision-winning song has fetched 拢4,000 at auction.
Awarded to Bill Martin, who wrote Puppet on a String with Phil Coulter, the medal went under the hammer at John Rolfe Auctions in Tetbury, Gloucestershire, on Saturday.
The song was performed by Sandie Shaw at the competition in Vienna.
Auctioneer John Rolfe previously told the 成人快手 he believes it was the first time a Eurovision winners medal had been auctioned.
Also among the lot were two other medals awarded to Mr Martin - who died in 2020 - for co-writing winning entries on the 成人快手's A Song for Europe.
One was also awarded for Puppet on a String in 1967 and the other for Congratulations, which was performed by Cliff Richard and finished as runner-up in Eurovision 1968.
Both fetched 拢2,500 each at auction.
