A man has been arrested on suspicion of raping a man in a city centre park.
Police said the attack happened near to the bandstand in Chapelfield Gardens, Norwich, shortly after 23:00 BST on 10 June.
A man in his 30s was arrested in Beccles, Suffolk on Monday.
He has been taken to Great Yarmouth police investigation centre for questioning.
Det Ch Insp Kevin Barber said: "I would urge anyone who was in the area to come forward regardless of whether or not they believe they saw anything.
"We would particularly like to hear from anyone who saw two men entering Chapelfield Gardens from the direction of Little Bethel Street and from anyone who have seen a male dressed in dark clothing running off in the direction of or along Chapelfield Road."
