Man taken to hospital after car crashed into house

Part of a main road has been closed after a car crashed into a house in a Somerset village.
The white BMW ploughed into a terraced property and remains lodged underneath the front window, leaving a hole in the home.
Three ambulances were called out to High Street, in Williton, on Tuesday afternoon, as well as two police cars.
Avon and Somerset Police said the male driver has been taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries . No arrests have been made.
The crash happened next door to a dog grooming salon, close to a roundabout which acts as a main throughfare for traffic in West Somerset.
In a statement, Avon and Somerset Police said: "Officers attended the scene to find a car had collided with a house.
"The driver has been taken to hospital, his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening or life changing.
"Part of the road is blocked while emergency services attend and the vehicle is recovered."
No arrests have been made.
