Veterans encouraged to access home assistance scheme

Veterans who have been injured as a result of military service are being encouraged to seek assistance from a scheme that can improve safety in their homes.
The Wolverhampton 成人快手 Improvement Agency helps older people, people with disabilities and the vulnerable, including veterans, to live comfortably in their own properties.
It can arrange for home adaptations to be made, while offering support and guidance to other organisations, the city council said.
The service is run by Wolverhampton 成人快手s and is available to any resident in the city who has had a recommendation made by an occupational therapist.
Councillor Greg Brackenridge, chair of the Wolverhampton Armed Forces Covenant Board, said: "If you are a veteran who has been injured as a result of your service, regardless of the length of time you have served, please consider declaring your service and accessing the help which may be available to you through the 成人快手 Improvement Agency."
