A man is due in court charged in connection with disorder in a Leeds suburb.
Daniel Constantin, 29, of Nowell Mount, Leeds, will appear before city magistrates charged with violent disorder over the unrest which took place in Harehills on 18 July.
West Yorkshire Police said the charge was related to an incident where a police car was overturned during the disorder.
Trouble flared after four children were removed from their home and taken into emergency care over concerns they would be taken out of the UK.
The unrest saw hundreds of people take to the streets, with trouble continuing for several hours.
The children were later returned to extended family members.
