Two taken to hospital after being knocked down at shopping centre

Two pedestrians have been taken to hospital after being knocked down at an Aberdeen shopping centre.
Police said emergency services were called to Summerhill Court - where Lang Stracht Shopping Centre is based - after a report of a van "crashing into" two men at about 12:40.
"The pedestrians, aged 71 and 68, were taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for treatment," a Police Scotland statement said. "There are no other reported injuries. Inquiries are ongoing."
The Scottish Ambulance Service confirmed: "We dispatched two ambulances and one resuscitation rapid response unit (3RU) to the scene. Two patients were transported to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.鈥
