Kent County Council (KCC) is running a consultation on its draft education strategy for 2025 to 2030.
KCC is looking to concentrate on improving education outcomes, improving wellbeing and creativity and making schools environmentally and financially sustainable.
The draft document also lays out the council's ambitions to futureproof, including identifying the threats and opportunities in AI for education and emergency planning.
Councillor Rory Love said: "Ambition, curiosity, and resilience are three of the most important things a child needs both for a successful education and for their future life-skills."
Other KCC ambitions included increasing mental health, physical health and fitness across schools.
The strategy draft identified SEND inclusion and consistency as "significant areas of weakness".
The consultation will run until Wednesday, 11 December 2024.
