Strictly Come Dancing's Wynne Evans says he is "a bit sore" after starting rehearsals for the show's return.
The opera singer said "the body knows it" and he "looked like a 90-year-old bloke" when he got out of bed in the middle of the night.
"I’ve had two days of rehearsal for Strictly, and let me tell you something – the body knows it," he said on his ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Radio Wales show.
Evans' dance partner will be revealed on Saturday as Strictly returns to ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ One.

Evans, from Carmarthen, previously said that he was "really nervous" about "any kind of jumping" and that he would be representing portly dads everywhere.
"Do you know what though, it’s hard. It’s a proper new skill set, I’ve got to say. I’m having the best time. I’m having the best, best time," he said on Thursday.
Strictly Come Dancing released its full line-up last month, including Evans alongside the likes of Nick Knowles, Shayne Ward, Pete Wicks, and Toyah Wilcox.
Although Evans is known for the GoCompare adverts, he made his career as a classical singer, having performed at the Royal Albert Hall over 200 times.
He has also released two number one classical music albums.
The ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Radio Wales presenter also joked about what his partner has made of their early rehearsals.
"I’d like to dedicate the first song to them, because it’s exactly what they said to me in rehearsal yesterday. What’s the song? Wait for it…"
He then played Shania Twain’s hit That Don’t Impress Me Much.
He added dancing was like "learning another language".
"If somebody gives me a sheet of music, I’d go 'oh yeah, this is how it goes' and you just sight read it, right? It’s like a new shorthand and I don’t quite know it yet."
