Drunken flasher banned from going near schools

A man who exposed himself in front of children has been banned from going within 165ft (50m) of any school during specific times of the day.
Former boxer David Henderson, who was drunk, confronted pupils on Brook Street, Ilkley, last September after they had left schools in the area.
Henderson, 62, admitted indecent exposure at Bradford Crown Court.
Recorder Simon Eckersley said Henderson鈥檚 behaviour had been an 鈥渙utrage鈥 and imposed a community order.
The court heard the defendant had been heavily intoxicated by 15:00 on the day he exposed himself.
Prosecutor Lauren Smith said Henderson鈥檚 trousers had fallen down and he had rubbed his genitals over his underpants.
He then exposed his genitals and shouted: "Come on, girls and boys."
Henderson, who had no previous convictions for sexual offending, was arrested soon after and told police he had no recollection of what happened that day.
'Highly concerning'
A psychiatrist's report said his behaviour had been affected by a brain injury, suffered as a result of blows to the head while boxing, and a later head injury caused by an axe attack on him.
Sentencing him, Recorder Eckersley said his drunken state had been a disgrace.
"That was bad enough, children faced with the state of you, but what you then did was an outrage and highly concerning."
He said the fact he was so drunk that he remembered nothing was not an excuse and was instead a "highly aggravating factor".
Henderson was given a 12-month community order, including 60 hours unpaid work, and was ordered to undertake a six-month alcohol treatment programme.
A five-year sexual harm order was imposed which prevents him from going within 165ft (50m) of any school premises between 07:00 and 09:00 and between 14:00 and 16:00.
Henderson, of Wyvil Road, Ilkley, will also have register as a sex offender with the police for five years.
