Murder arrests after man found unconscious dies

Two people have been arrested on suspicion of murder after a man died two days after he was found unconscious in Liverpool.
Merseyside Police said the man, aged in his 50s, died in hospital after he was found on Spellow Lane in Walton on Saturday.
Officers said the cause of death is so far unknown.
A 34-year-old woman from Kensington and a 63-year-old man from Walton were questioned and later released on bail.
A 53-year-old man from Knotty Ash who was arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent has been also been bailed.
Det Ch Ins Stephen Ball urged anyone with any information to come forward.
He said: “Spellow Lane is a busy road so I appeal to anyone who was in the area at around 09:00 GMT and witnessed something or has information that might assist in the investigation to please contact us as a matter of urgency."
