Boy, 13, rescued after falling down cliff on bike
A 13-year-old boy has been rescued by coastguard teams after he fell 10ft (3m) down a cliff while riding his BMX bike in Cornwall.
Mevagissey and St Austell coastguard rescue teams, along with Fowey RNLI, helped ambulance crews safely retrieve the child at Spit Beach near Par on Monday.
Eddie Robinson, from Falmouth Coastguard, said: "For a 13-year-old lad that's quite a big drop, but apparently it was a bit of an ankle injury so should heal up well.
"We wish the casualty a speedy recovery."
