Covid booster jab walk-in clinics to begin
- Published
Covid booster vaccinations are set to be made available at a series of walk-in sessions around the island.
Manx Care said adults aged 75 or over, residents in care homes and anyone older than six months who is immunosuppressed were all eligible for the seasonal jabs.
The sessions have been scheduled to be held on 23 and 24 May, before taking a break for the TT period, resuming on 12 June.
While the majority of sessions will be held at Summerhill View care home on Victoria Road in Douglas, regional clinics will also take place.
Those locations will be St Patrick's Court care home in Peel, St Paul's Church Hall in Ramsey, and the Morton Hall in Castletown.
Clinics between 23 May to 25 June run between 10:30 and 14:30 BST, with the remaining sessions due to start at 10:00 and finish at 16:00.
Manx Care said those who would prefer to book an appointment in advance could still do so by contacting the vaccination team.
