Two arrests after non-payment of restaurant bills
Two people have been arrested after police said they had reports of a number of incidents of people not paying restaurant bills and shoplifting.
South Wales Police said they arrested a 41-year-old man and a woman, 39, both from Sandfields, Port Talbot.
It comes after reports of what police called "multiple dine-and-dash and shoplifting offences", including one in Swansea.
The investigation is ongoing.
