A mother has paid tribute to her "caring and loving" 21-year-old son who was killed in a crash in Lincolnshire last month.
Daniel Scott, from Durham, died when his motorcycle collided with a petrol pump at services on the A1 at Colsterworth, police said.
His mother, Amanda Scott, said his death had "hit our family so hard".
"It’s indescribable. I never thought I would lose my child so young, leaving behind a young brother and sister," she said.
"He was a rock to them and will be sorely missed by all of us.
"Daniel was a sensible, caring and loving young man with his whole life ahead of him," she added.
"He was often quiet, particularly around those he didn’t know – but this hid an explosive personality and an insatiable passion for life."
Lincolnshire Police is investigating the crash which happened on 24 June.
They have appealed for witnesses and dashcam footage.
