An inquest has opened into the death of a 33-year-old woman killed in a road accident on a Greek island.
Mother-of-three Sophie Leanne Priestley, from Lincoln, died during a holiday on Kos on 29 July.
Coroner Paul Smith determined her cause of death as abdominal injuries at Lincoln Coroner's Court on Wednesday.
A provisional date for the full inquest has been set for 28 January 2025.
JK's Cafe in Lincoln, where Ms Priestley worked, describe her as "one of a kind".
In a tribute posted on Facebook, they wrote: "Sophie was and always will be a massive part of the JK's family.
"Sophie, we will miss you so, so much, your banter and smile lit up any room.
"You will never be forgotten."
The cafe said it would donate all takings - more than 拢4,300 - between August 5 and 10 to Ms Priestley's children.
It added: "I know Sophie would be extremely proud and grateful for everything everyone is doing for her, and for her children."
A fundraiser set up by a relative to help pay for her body to be repatriated and for a funeral has so far raised more than 拢22,000.
