Appeal after man suffers bleed on brain during disorder

Police have released CCTV images of a man detectives want to speak to following a serious assault during disorder in Blackpool.
The attack happened on St John’s Square in the resort between 16:30 BST and 18:00 on Saturday, Lancashire Police said.
The force said a 50-year-old man sustained two fractures to the skull and a bleed on the brain. He remains in hospital.
It said it wants to trace the man in the CCTV images and is urging anyone who knows who he is to get in touch.
Twenty people were arrested in Blackpool after a mob of nearly 1,000 people were involved in unrest in the resort.
Four of those have been charged, with three of those pleading guilty to offences.
Deputy Chief Constable Sam Mackenzie said he expected the force to make further arrests and charges.
