Cocaine gang who sold drugs across two counties jailed

Drug dealers who supplied heroin, crack cocaine and cannabis across Lancashire and Yorkshire have been jailed.
"Kingpin" Junaid Khan, 24, of no fixed address, who led the gang, was sentenced at Burnley Crown Court to eight years and nine months.
The gang, which included a 16-year-old, was caught following a raid in October 2023 at Khan鈥檚 home where drugs were recovered alongside telephones and cash, police said.
They were arrested as part of an investigation into drug supply run by the Khan family in the Burnley and Bradford area - despite Khan already serving a prison sentence for previous drugs offences.
'Suspicious activity'
Officers were able to analyse mobile phone data to unearth a network of drug dealing on a large scale across the two counties, Lancashire Police said.
Trevor Smith, 23, of no fixed address, was another gang member who was jailed.
He was sentenced to three years and nine months for offering to supply and being concerned in the supply of heroin.
Musa Khan, 19, of Redvers Street, Burnley, was sentenced to one-and-a-half years in prison for conspiracy to supply heroin and crack cocaine.
Keeley Glover, 33, of Waterbarn Street, Burnley, was given a 15-month community order for being concerned in the supply of cannabis.
A 16-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, will be sentenced on 23 September at Preston Magistrates' Court for conspiracy to supply cocaine and cannabis.
All of the gang members pleaded guilty.
"I hope that seeing these sentences encourages people to continue to report suspicious activity, either directly to the police or anonymously to Crimestoppers," Det Sgt Stu Peall said.
