A woman has been charged after a dog bit and injured three people at a social club.
West Midlands Police was called to reports of a large dog out of control at the club on Weddington Road, Nuneaton, at 18:00 BST on Monday.
Three people were treated for bite wounds, including significant bleeding, following the incident, the force said.
A 23-year-old woman from Nuneaton has been charged with three counts of being in charge of a dog dangerously out of control, causing injury.
The woman was taken to George Eliot Hospital where she allegedly assaulted two officers and two nurses and attempted to cause damage to a car.
She has since been charged with four counts of assaulting an emergency worker and one count of attempting to cause criminal damage, and is due to appear at Coventry Magistrates' Court later.
Police previously said the dog was contained and would undergo a behaviour assessment by a police dog liaison officer.
