The past 18 months has seen so many changes with stay at home orders, regional lockdowns, social distancing and restrictions on movement.
This affected the way in which we have been able to work, with almost all staff working from home since March 2020. Pensions have continued to be paid, new pensions have been put into payment and members’ emails, letters and phone calls have been answered. We have even made improvements to our processes and services through the period of lockdown
We adapted to the operational changes quickly but some of our processes also had to change to accommodate new working practices.
