Peter Elliott |
Peter
Elliott is one Britain's greatest middle distance runners. He won
gold at the 1990 Commonwealth Games and silver at the Seoul Olympics
in 1988.
He is now an athletics coach and has designed this schedule to be
of particular help to joggers attempting a 10km run for the first
time.
The schedule is only a guide. Peter says that it is important to
listen to your own body, train at your own level and never do a
session if ill or injured.
As with all forms of exercise, it is advisable to check with your
GP before embarking on the programme. If you have not exercised
recently, please consult your GP for a check up.
The 成人快手 accepts no responsibility for any accident
or injury arising following the schedule, however caused.
