Nominated and winning films will be shown at the Rich Mix Cinema in Bethnal Green Oscar season has arrived and to celebrate the Rich Mix Cinema in Bethnal Green is showcasing the nominated films. It is the first Oscar season of its kind by cinema chain in the UK, giving people the opportunity to see films they might have missed.  A still from No Country for Old Men Among those being shown are Michael Clayton and Atonement, which have five Oscar nominations each, and No Country for Old Men, which has had eight nominations. The films will run for the two week period leading up to the 80th Academy Awards Ceremony on 24th February. On the evening of the Academy Awards, Rich Mix is hosting an all-night awards event, where the Oscar Awards ceremony will be shown live on a 20-feet Screen. Entry will be free and prizes will be awarded to those guests who predict the most Oscar wins. Rich Mix will release a schedule of films starting from 8 February.
