When I was 21 I used to work at Index the catalogue shop metro centre. I worked with 11 people who became very good freinds. I was on customer services and dealt with a lot of complaints. I worked 37 hours and my uniform at the time was a bright blue skirt, cardigan and tie and an orange shirt (yuck!). More...
