Matt live on Leeds United Unplugged Work hard! The Pigeon Detectives showed the band's support for Leeds United in an appearance on Leeds United Unplugged and revealed the secret of success. During the 成人快手 Radio Leeds programme guitarist Ryan Wilson told would-be bands "Work hard and don't stop." The band was formed in 2002 and Ryan revealed that in the early days the band had to put a lot of effort in, playing gigs while holding down full-time jobs. The band often went out to work after a couple of hours sleep. And the boys revealed how the crucial early support of the Kaiser Chiefs got the band noticed. Matt Bowman (vocals), Olly Main (guitar) and Ryan (guitar) came into to the studios in Leeds to chat live with Adam Pope and play a short acoustic set. Having returned from Japan the band are about to play more overseas dates before a UK tour, culminating with a couple of nights at the Leeds Academy in December 2008. With two albums behind them, the latest Emergency was issued in May, the boys were happy to declare support for their home-town football club. In addition Matt Bowman told of his new love of golf and even challenged Adam Pope and Andy Ritchie to a game of golf. Matt also declared his favourite golf course was near to home at Oulton Park outside of the city. Mind you, Matt might be biased, he used to work at the hotel. The Pigeons meet the Unplugged gang.
