No - we think we are practically perfect in every way!

What's the band's history so far?

Whilst studying GCSE music at school this year we recognised that we both had similar interests in music and decided to form the band Sweet Rapture. Since forming three months ago we have performed live twice at Blackburn Market and Darwen Music Festival. We are currently writing and recording demos of our own songs.

Style and influences?

Pop/Rock. We individually have different styles and influences. Ian has a rocky style and approach influenced by bands such as Red Hot Chili Peppers whilst Staci has more of a rock/country influenced by bands such as Lonestar and artist Reba McIntyre. Together we think we compose and record an individual sound.

Best moment so far?

When we heard our first song written completely by ourselves recorded for this first time!

Worst/most embarrassing moment so far?

None really yet - although we are expecting one fairly soon. A close one was when Staci lost her voice the day before performing at the Darwen Music Festival - pretty scary!

We are a girl/guy duo with a great sense of humour and who are extremely passionate about music and very ambitious. We are currently writing and recording our own music/songs for a demo!
