We're aware that some people are experiencing an issue where the ENTER/OK button on the remote is not working within the iPlayer TV app. If this happens please perform one of the following steps:
- Enable Play Store auto-update. Open the Play Store app on SHIELD Android TV devices, find the setting, and enable it. It’s Google’s Play Store app feature.
- Open the Play Store app on SHIELD Android TV devices, find the ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ iPlayer app, and click the ‘Update’ button. The version should be 1.4.126.
