Jane Bishop and her husband Peter stayed in Margate's Walpole Bay Hotel in their teens. They enjoyed it so much, they eventually bought the hotel.

Jane say, "We used to walk past it... We just loved the building and the ambiance and the atmosphere and that was the draw."
