Pakistan Earthquake Special | Giving generously - local communities are pulling together |
Andy Johnson reports on the impact of the Pakistan earthquake in
the North West of England. Inside Out visits Edge End High School
in Nelson, Lancashire where there is a two minute silence for the victims. We
talk to children about their fundraising efforts. Inside Out also visits

We travel to a warehouse to see where items are
being collected to send to Pakistan and meet the people working there.
Another port of call is the Randal Street Mosque in Blackburn where we see local
prayers for the disaster.
Andy Johnson interviews Syed Rashid Bukhari
at his shop in Oldham. He has lost around 100 members of his family in the disaster
on his wife's side.
Andy also interviews Fazal Rahim, Co-ordinator at
the Oldham Inter-Faith Forum in Oldham, who explains how all the faiths are joining
together in the town to help the disaster relief. Links relating to this
