The Kabbutz system has proven to work under the most extreme conditions and yet survived with a population of 10's of thousands to date. We are not going to recover from this recession and therefore have to change.

Eco-town pictures 19 and twenty show Meon Hill which straddles the Cotswold District border and carries part of the Heart of England Way.Why would anybody want to urbanise this beautiful area unless their was monitory gain involved.

Why cannot Goverment think of eco-villages rather than towns? Judicious housing development on this site is possible with the co-operation of Long Marston village authority + the County Council. Such a development could then be within the scale of both the site and the effects on the local environment.
