Their name might not be the strongest, but it's fair to say their music certainly is!

Knapkin are a three-piece funk/hardcore/metal band from Pershore, writing music that certainly won't please your elders.

"With the lack of variety heading into the UK charts nowadays, Knapkin provide a mixture of (extreme) styles to create a totally new sound."

They formed in 2002 but after a couple of years in the game, even their music was too much for them!

After playing a few local gigs at schools and community centres, the band went on to support the likes of No Comply, The Mercury League and Backwash.

The band recorded their first four-track EP in July 2004 and a year later recorded their self-titled first album.
