Although the band spends most of its time on the road, they still have their roots firmly in the South; frontman Jinder lives in Bournemouth, Simon Johnson is a few miles along the coast in Chichester and Gavin Wyatt hails from the New Forest.

The band also began its early life in Ringwood, where Simon & Gavin went to school together, with Gavin's house later becoming the base for recording their album.

Their style of three guitars and all singing three-part harmonies has been summed up by some as a cross between Crosby, Stills and Nash, and Crowded House.

They describe their songs as 'universal'. They were written for their friends, but everyone can relate to them.

Their debut album is called Postcards From Valonia. Postcards, because they define their songs as snapshots - little souvenirs of a journey or holiday.

Gavin lived in a road called Valonia Gardens, and every time they wrote a song, they'd send it off to friends with a card saying "another one from the Valonia Hit Factory!"

This year they have notched up around 200 live gigs and are currently travelling the country supporting Level 42.
