This is one of Roy Lancaster's favourite dwarf fescues. It is has low hummocks of vivid silvery-blue leaves and looks good all year round. The bright thread-like blue foliage is ideal for containers, especially terracotta pots, and associates well with heathers and dwarf bulbs.
