Ingredients
- tomato: 1 ripe tomato
- olive oil: 1 tbsp olive oil
- black pepper: salt and freshly cracked black pepper
- : 1 slice sourdough, toasted
Method
Cut the tomato in half and rub the flesh side into the toast. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
