Teriyaki mushrooms

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 12 button mushrooms, stems removed
- 1 Savoy cabbage leaf, to garnish
Method
Place the sesame oil, honey and soy sauce into a bowl and mix together.
Add the mushrooms and leave to marinate for ten minutes.
Heat a griddle pan until smoking. Thread the mushrooms onto skewers and place onto the griddle to cook for two minutes on each side.
To serve, place a Savoy cabbage leaf on the base of a plate and top with the mushroom skewers.
