Cooking ingredients

salt and freshly ground black pepper

1 tbsp olive oil

150ml/5fl oz hot chicken stock (vegetarians may subsitute vegetable stock)

Dairy, eggs and chilled

50ml/2fl oz double cream

Other

50ml/2fl oz white wine
