Sat 24 May 2014 ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Introducing
A returning ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Introducing headliner

Catfish & The Bottlemen are one of four artists who have been invited back to perform on our ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Introducing festival stages have risen to great success through the scheme. Van McCann, Billy Bibby, Ben Blakeway and Dr. Bob are not only a returning artist but they’ll be returning headliners, taking the prestigious slot closing the Saturday night on the Introducing Stage at Big Weekend this year.

This four-piece from Llandudno, North Wales, take great pride in their individuality, finding their own niche and sound to make every track as distinctly Catfish as possible. Aside from their metallic-pop-rock sound, their uniqueness can also be found in the incredible statistic that they once played over 150 shows in 18 months! So if you haven’t already seen Catfish at one of these, it’s likely you may see them in the coming months as they play Big Weekend, Dot-To-Dot festival and continue their UK tour.

Catfish’s latest track, Kathleen, has been spreading across the airwaves through Radio 1’s Playlist, receiving overwhelming support from the DJs and on Twitter and is sure to attract a large crowd as they close the first day in Glasgow.
