The exhilarating Stephen Hough returns to the Brangwyn Hall for our season finale, alongside Beethoven鈥檚 third piano concerto 鈥� one of Thomas S酶nderg氓rd鈥檚 favourite works. Stephen鈥檚 performances have gained a glowing reputation for brilliance and elegance, and we eagerly await his visit. We complete the season with Bruckner鈥檚 intense final symphony, his eighth. Bruckner didn鈥檛 live to complete his ninth symphony, but in his intense and tumultuous eighth he wrote some of his most breathtaking music.
