Fri 28 Jun 2013 ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Introducing Stage
Supported by ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Introducing in the West

Bite The Buffalo are brothers Miti and Stof Goneos, who grew up in the mining towns of The Copperbelt, Zambia before basing their musical assault on a wider audience in the UK. Their output is pretty prolific too with their Bromigos EP of 2012 quickly followed by their debut album Blue Lips in February 2013.

Influenced by the likes of Queens of the Stone Age, The Black Keys and the more vintage sounds of The Kinks and Led Zeppelin, the duo make a beefy rock ‘n’ roll racket characterised by fuzzy bluesy riffs and vocals that howl and bark with delight. It’s fast, sometimes furious and always fun.
