For one special Christmas evening, the ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Philharmonic welcomes back its former Principal Flute Richard Davis, now pursuing a successful career as a conductor in Australia, to perform festive favourites and a few surprises. Featuring gospel choirs Inspirational Voices and Kantos and presented by ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Radio Manchester’s Mike Sweeney and Becky Want, the concert is recorded on the Tuesday before Christmas and takes place at the home of the ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Philharmonic at MediaCity UK, Salford.
