Swept Away

With comparisons to Bon Iver, John Martyn and Bruce Springsteen falling at his feet, Luke Sital-Singh is not your run of the mill singer-songwriter.

Hailing from the heady heights of New Malden, Luke has spent the last few years touring with The Staves and Villagers, performing at Latitude and Wilderness, plus ending 2013 with his own headline shows. Latest EP Tornados was released in October, full of crackling, emotionally-charged ballads that captivate his audience with lyrics about his parents unwavering support and killer whales.

Debut EP Fail For You made a dent in the 6 Music playlist and led to a session for Lauren Laverne back in 2012. With an album eagerly-awaited later this year, time to get acquainted with the heart-breaking, soul-affirming cries of Luke Sital-Singh.
