In other words, it鈥檚 unmissable 鈥� a musical drama unique in the 20th century, charged with all of Stravinsky鈥檚 originality, humour and emotion. As an upbeat, violinist Lisa Batiashvili makes a very welcome return in Magnus Lindberg鈥檚 lyrical first Violin Concerto 鈥� a luminous prelude to Stravinsky鈥檚 mythic masterpiece.
